Kim's financial background has been instrumental in growing PHS. Her healthcare financing, accounting, marketing, and reimbursement background motivated her to start Perspective Healthcare Solutions. Her biggest passion is helping healthcare businesses succeed while improving patient outcomes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and cooking
Chad Thompson, COO
Chad has been in healthcare for over 20 years. He has 15 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist and 7 years of executive experience both as a CEO of rural community hospitals and as an administrator of long-term care facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Midland Lutheran College and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Mary. He is board-certified in healthcare finance with the HFMA. He is currently pursuing a double master’s degree from Creighton University in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution.
