Kim McPherson is a seasoned healthcare consultant with a background in finance and accounting. She is dedicated to helping hospitals, clinics, and healthcare companies grow sustainably — and serve their communities more effectively. With over nine years of experience, Kim has worked across the healthcare ecosystem, including patient financing, diagnostic laboratories, medical device companies, and provider organizations of all sizes.
Her strategic guidance has helped countless healthcare entities increase revenue, optimize operations, and adopt innovative solutions — all while keeping patient outcomes at the heart of every decision.
Kim is deeply committed to ensuring that healthcare organizations not only thrive financially but remain open and accessible to the communities that need them most. She believes no one should have to travel long distances to receive the care they deserve.
As a member of the ACTIVE Cohort (2024–2025) and a mentor in the Venture Center’s Women Achieve Program, Kim is also passionate about leadership, innovation, and empowering the next generation of changemakers in healthcare.
Chad has been in healthcare for over 20 years. He has 15 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist and 7 years of executive experience both as a CEO of rural community hospitals and as an administrator of long-term care facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Midland Lutheran College and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Mary. He is board-certified in healthcare finance with the HFMA. He is currently pursuing a double master’s degree from Creighton University in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution.
